locked=\u00bboff\u00bb]<\/p>\n<h3>MOLINOS HARINEROS RECONVERTIDOS EN INGENIOS<\/h3>\n<p>El microclima tropical de la villa de Benamargosa y las dificultades de plagas que arrastrar\u00edan los vi\u00f1edos provocar\u00edan que la ca\u00f1a subiera hasta los valles mas altos de la Axarqu\u00eda aprovechando las vegas. La demanda del consumo de mieles promovi\u00f3 la inversi\u00f3n de los empresarios de la costa para el cultivo de ca\u00f1a y su transformaci\u00f3n utilizando antiguos molinos harineros reconvertidos como en el Puente Don Manuel de Alcauc\u00edn o en Benamargosa, junto a la aldea de El Salto del Negro (C\u00fatar).<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][et_pb_column type=\u00bb1_2&#8243; locked=\u00bboff\u00bb]<\/p>\n<h3>Molino y Trapiche San Jos\u00e9<\/h3>\n<p>Inicialmente molino harinero junto al r\u00edo Benamargosa, arrendado por Mart\u00ednez Manescau en torno a 1858 para las primeras moliendas de ca\u00f1a. Un empe\u00f1o personal que continuaron sus hijos Vicente y Jos\u00e9 Mart\u00ednez G\u00f3mez quienes lo compraron en 1882.
